End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Retake and governs use of this app made available through the Apple App Store. By installing the Retake App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Retake grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Objectionable Content & Zero Tolerance

Retake allows users to post reviews and ratings ("User Content"). We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content. Behavior that will result in content removal and/or account ejection includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
• Pornography or sexually explicit content.
• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal acts.

We moderate content. Users can block abusive users and report objectional content directly within the app. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to exploit the Application in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

4. No Warranty

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Retake. Your rights under this Agreement will withdraw automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
