By creating an account or using Retake, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

2. Use of Service

Retake is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or collect data from the service.
• Interfere with the proper working of the application.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (ratings, reviews). However, by posting, you grant Retake a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display this content within the service (e.g., in your friends' feeds).

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or our EULA. You may terminate your account at any time via the "Delete Account" feature in the app.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
